Healthy Raspberry and Chia Jam!


  • 300g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tblsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 dsp maple syrup or honey


Put the raspberries in a small saucepan with the chia seeds and maple syrup and gently simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Stir well and make sure all the raspberries are well broken down,

Take off the heat and allow to cool – it will thicken as it cools.

Put in a jar and keep in the fridge. Keeps for about a week.
